Job Description

Designation : Office & Project Administrator

• Managed end-to-end administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of project and office activities

• Prepared, organized, and maintained project documentation, reports, and records

• Coordinated with HR/resource teams for manpower allocation, attendance tracking, and employee allowances

• Generated project invoices, shared with clients, and followed up for timely payments

• Handled client communication, internal emails, and day-to-day office coordination independently

• Maintained team calendars, scheduled meetings, and ensured timely updates on project activities

• Arranged travel and accommodation for project team members through the travel desk

• Maintained and updated client and vendor databases regularly

• Prepared documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and project reports as required

• Managed office records, files, registers, and tracked stationery inventory

• Coordinated with logistics and workshop teams for equipment and manpower movement, including hired equipment tracking

• Followed up with clients for milestone/completion certificates, payment processing, and invoice submissions on client portals
