Job Title: Office Coordinator (Operations & Inventory Management)

Location: Sultanpur, South Delhi

(Walking distance from Sultanpur Metro Station / Chhatarpur Metro Station)

About the Company

We are a growing company specializing in Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions, offering a wide range of products and components related to fresh air ventilation, air purification, and filtration systems. Currently, we manage 12–15 different products and components that require regular stock handling, coordination, and dispatch management.

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Office Coordinator who can manage office operations with a strong focus on inventory, stock control, documentation, and dispatch coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Stock & Inventory Management

Maintain daily records of incoming and outgoing material

Track:

How much material is received

How much material is dispatched

To which client the material is sent

Update daily stock balance and monitor remaining inventory

Identify low stock levels and coordinate timely re-ordering

Maintain accurate material stock registers and sheets

Material Handling & Packing

Assist in packing of materials for dispatch

Ensure proper labeling of each box/carton before dispatch

Verify quantities as per Purchase Order (PO) and dispatch documents

Coordinate material readiness for dispatch

Documentation & Dispatch Coordination

Prepare Material Sheets based on received Purchase Orders

Arrange and manage all dispatch-related documents:

Invoices

Delivery Challans

Test Certificates

Any other required dispatch documents

Ensure documents are accurate and attached correctly with shipments

Office Records & Reporting

Update and maintain:

Sales Sheets

Accounts Sheets

Material / Inventory Sheets

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office and operational workflow

Maintain organized records for audits and internal tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in office coordination, inventory management, or operations (preferred)

Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

Strong organizational and documentation skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling

Ability to coordinate packing and dispatch activities

Willingness to handle both desk work and physical coordination when required

Preferred Candidate

Residing near Sultanpur / Chhatarpur / South Delhi

Experience in handling industrial products, components, or materials is an advantage

Proactive, reliable, and well-organized
