Job Summary:

Padmawati Extrusion Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and organized Office Coordinator to manage daily office operations, vendor follow-ups, and company asset coordination. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of materials

Handle purchase-related coordination and basic procurement activities

Maintain records of company assets and update asset tracking sheets

Prepare and manage Excel sheets for assets, purchases, and records

Coordinate with internal departments for office requirements

Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Maintain proper documentation and filing

Requirements:

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow deadlines

Organized and detail-oriented approach

Minimum 06–1 years of experience in office coordination/admin (preferred)
