Job Description

Job Title: Service Coordinator

Location: Noida, Sector-6

Industry: HVAC

Education: Graduate and above

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Week Off: Sunday

Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month + Benefits(ESI and Accident insurance)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing and scheduling service calls

• Coordinating with technicians and customers

• Maintaining service records and documentation

• Following up on pending service requests

• Ensuring timely resolution of customer issues

Skills:

• Good communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Customer handling abilities

• Coordination and follow-up skills
