Job Description

🚨 We’re Hiring: Office Assistant 🚨

📍 Location: Noida Sector 1 (Nearby candidates preferred)

🏢 Industry: Company Secretary Consultancy

👩 Gender Preference: Female

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

🕘 Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

📅 Week Off: Sunday & 2nd Saturday

📝 Note: Married candidates with kids will be preferred.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

• Good communication and professional approach

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

📌 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with team members and ensure timely completion of work

• Attend calls and manage coordination for the Managing Director

• Take regular follow-ups from the team regarding ongoing tasks

• Provide required inputs and updates to clients on time

• Maintain proper office coordination and workflow management
