We are looking for a skilled and experienced Office Coordinator (Logistics Operations) to manage daily transport operations and ensure smooth coordination of material handling activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of logistics, dispatch processes, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily transport operations (inbound and outbound shipments)
Manage and supervise material loading and unloading activities
Communicate and follow up with drivers and transport vendors
Plan dispatch schedules and ensure timely deliveries
Maintain inventory movement records and stock tracking
Prepare MIS reports and handle documentation
Coordinate between warehouse and office teams
Resolve operational issues such as delays, shortages, or damages
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of transport and logistics operations
Experience in material loading/unloading coordination
Vendor and driver management skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing, documentation)
Good communication and coordination abilities
Problem-solving and multitasking skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualification:
Graduate (preferred)
Experience in Logistics / Supply Chain is mandatory
Additional Preferences:
Candidates residing near Mayapuri / West Delhi preferred
