Job Description

  • Enter, maintain & organize data in a computer
  • Handle day to day office activities
  • Answer phone calls and manage emails
Assist the Director in managing daily administrative tasks and schedules.
Coordinate and communicate with clients for business requirements, including purchase functions.
Organize and maintain documents, reports, and files in an efficient manner.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
Prepare presentations and reports as required by the Director.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with managing purchase orders and inventory coordination.
Handle client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
Support the Director in implementing strategies for business growth.
Skills & Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and typing.
Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (written and spoken).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiastic, passionate, and eager to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Attributes:

Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
Ability to adapt quickly and work under pressure.
Previous experience in client coordination and purchase functions will be an advantage.
