Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and communicate daily with site engineers, supervisors and contractors to track progress and address execution issues for multiple sites.

  • Monitor project schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment and documentation to sites.

  • Maintain updated reports on site activities, progress, issues, and manpower.

  • Assist in planning and allocation of manpower, machinery, and material from the office.

  • Follow up with procurement and logistics teams for on-time dispatch and delivery of site requirements.

  • Prepare and circulate Daily/Weekly/Monthly progress reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

  • Escalate any critical issues or delays to project managers and support with resolutions.

  • Ensure that safety, quality and compliance standards are being followed at site through remote checks and coordination.

  • Act as a bridge between the engineering, planning, procurement and site execution teams.
