Job Description

Position Summary

The Process Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination of day-to-day operational processes across departments, tracking workflow, maintaining process documentation, monitoring timelines, and driving process improvements to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency. The role acts as a bridge between Merchandising, Production, QC, Inventory, Dispatch, and Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily workflow between Merchandising, Production, QC, Inventory, and Dispatch.

  • Monitor order progress and ensure timely completion as per production schedules.

  • Create and maintain process trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.

  • Follow up with concerned departments to resolve delays and bottlenecks.

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and company processes.

  • Prepare and maintain production reports, status updates, and documentation.

  • Coordinate with department heads for smooth execution of customer orders.

  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate records in ERP/Excel and ensure data accuracy.

  • Escalate critical issues affecting delivery timelines to management.

  • Assist in implementing new operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
