Job Description

The Process Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of organizational processes by actively following up with team members, driving task completion, and escalating any delays or issues to the Managing Director (MD).

  • Key Responsibilities: Regularly follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

  • Monitor and manage processes developed during workshops.

  • Identify delays or bottlenecks and escalate them to the MD when required.

  • Ensure proper coordination and communication across teams.

  • Required Skill Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

  • Fresher or candidate with 0–2 years of experience in a coordination role.

  • Female candidate preferred.

  • Basic working knowledge of MS Excel.

  • No prior domain-specific experience required (e.g., Manufacturing, Trading, etc.).

  • Candidate should reside within 45 minutes of travel time from the office.

Salary:₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (or as per company norms)
