Key Responsibilities

Communication & Recruitment Support

Make outbound calls to prospective teachers for recruitment purposes.

Handle incoming calls and address inquiries professionally.

Coordinate and schedule interview line-ups for teacher candidates.

Assist in the teacher interview process, including documentation and follow-ups.

Data Management & CRM Operations

Enter and maintain accurate records of selected candidates.

Publish selected teachers’ profiles on the CRM portal.

Connect student leads to the CRM for class coordination.

Call students for payment after class completion and record received payments.

Maintain a Drive folder with documents related to teachers.

Regularly update internal sheets and trackers.

Line up classes for new and incoming student leads.

Post job openings on relevant platforms.

Assist in the smooth conduction of scheduled classes.
