Location: Thirumangalam, Chennai
Salary: 12,000 to 15,000

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Assistant to support daily office and mess operations. The candidate should be punctual, trustworthy, and able to manage office support activities along with grocery and mess-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office areas

  • Handle office documents, files, photocopying, scanning, and printing work

  • Support daily office administrative activities

  • Purchase and maintain office stationery items as required

  • Purchase groceries and daily requirements for office mess

  • Coordinate with vendors for grocery and mess supplies

  • Maintain proper records of grocery and office purchases

  • Assist in mess-related activities and ensure availability of required items

  • Support visitors and employees professionally

  • Perform other duties assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of grocery purchase and vendor coordination

  • Good communication and positive attitude

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Previous office boy / support staff experience preferred
