Job Description

Sarrahh Boutique & Tailors is looking for a smart, organized, and friendly Office Assistant to manage daily office activities, customer coordination, and support boutique operations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries in store, phone & WhatsApp

  • Maintain customer records, orders, and measurements

  • Assist in billing, invoicing & payment tracking

  • Coordinate with tailors and designers for order updates

  • Manage daily registers and basic stock records

  • Support social media inquiries and online leads

  • Keep the office and files organized

Requirements :

Basic reading and writing is enough

Honest, punctual, and hardworking
