Job Description: Office Executive / Office Assistant
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking candidate for office support work. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Office and be comfortable handling client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email, etc.)
• Follow up on existing queries from clients on a regular basis
• Respond to client queries over phone calls and emails in a polite and professional manner
• Support data entry work and maintain office records
• Assist with day-to-day office activities and documentation
• Coordinate with team members whenever required
• Handle any other office-related work as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
•Good communication skills in English is a must for the job. (Hindi/local language will be an added advantage)
• Ability to multitask and handle work independently
• Willingness to learn and take up different office-related responsibilities as per requirement
• Flexible attitude towards work and timings when needed
