📌 Job Role: PPT Operator / Presentation Executive/ clerical work
Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and format PowerPoint presentations as per business requirements.
Operate and manage PPT slides during meetings, conferences, or training sessions.
Coordinate with speakers/managers to ensure smooth flow of presentations.
Insert graphics, charts, animations, and multimedia elements to enhance slides.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional design in all presentations.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to presentations and projectors/AV systems.
Support the team with last-minute changes or updates in slides.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint (and MS Office).
Basic knowledge of design, formatting, and slide aesthetics.
Attention to detail and time management.
Ability to work under pressure during live events/meetings.
