The Hospital Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the hospital by coordinating between patients, staff, departments, and external stakeholders. The role ensures effective communication, efficient workflow, and a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers with appropriate departments.
Act as the liaison between doctors, nursing staff, patients, and administrative teams.
Ensure all departments function smoothly by resolving operational bottlenecks.
Maintain and update patient records and hospital databases.
Support medical and non-medical staff with scheduling, communication, and logistics.
Handle patient queries, complaints, and service feedback effectively and empathetically.
Monitor inventory levels of medical and office supplies and coordinate with procurement.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum 6 months–1 year of experience in hospital coordination or administrative roles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
