Job Description

Job Opening for Office Assistant

We are looking for a Office Assistant to join our team Omsom Super Industries Pvt Ltd to assist with daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The key responsibility includes handling documentation, Banking Activities and supporting staff with basic tasks. We are looking for an immediate joiner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering documents and packages within the office.

  • Taking care of filing of documents.

  • Handling courier booking and other activities.

  • Supporting staff with various tasks as needed.

  • Handling Bill of Lading activities.

  • Handling banking activities as and when required.

  • Helping housekeeping staff in certain activities.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is SSC/HSC and at least 2 years of experience. The position requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Person should be able to read and write in English. He should have a driving licence.
