We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to manage daily administrative work and support our real estate sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily office operations

  • Manage client data & CRM entries

  • Coordinate with sales team for site visits

  • Answer incoming calls & follow up with clients

  • Maintain property files & documentation

  • Prepare basic reports in Excel

  • Assist in marketing & social media posting (basic level)
