Job Profile: Office AssistantDepartment: Administration / OperationsReporting To: Office Manager / Operations ManagerJob PurposeTo provide administrative and operational support for smooth day-to-day functioning of the security agency office.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain office records, files, registers, and documentation.Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and visitor coordination.Support HR activities such as employee records, joining documents, attendance, and leave records.Assist in manpower deployment records, duty rosters, and training files.Coordinate with site supervisors and security staff for daily operations.Prepare basic reports, MIS, and incident documentation as required.Maintain office stationery, discipline, and confidentiality of records.Skills RequiredBasic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).Good communication and coordination skills.Organized, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.Qualification & ExperienceMinimum: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).1–2 years of office administration experience (security industry preferred).Working HoursAs per company policy; flexibility required during emergencies.Code of ConductMust follow company rules, maintain discipline, punctuality, and confidentiality.
