About the role:The incumbent serves as office assistant with the responsibility for carrying out general office operations, managing mail, maintaining files, performing data entry, making quotations for customers and providing secretarial and other related duties.Responsibilities:* Answering and directing phone calls* Daily checking & responding to mails* Typing Quotations, Bills and other data entry as required* Help maintain files to keep track of important documents* Managing office supplies* Responding to Customer queries* Helping manage the office correspondence* Provide other marketing and administrative support as appropriate---Profile required:Experience in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of GST, billing, and decent typing speed
