Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize physical records for easy access and retrieval.
Communicate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.
Manage daily banking operations, including cash and cheque deposits, withdrawals, and other official banking transactions.
Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to facilitate smooth operations.
Prepare and submit bills, invoices, and supporting documents for timely processing.
Coordinate courier dispatches and deliveries, track shipments and maintain courier records.
Perform field operations, including site visits, document collection/submission, and coordination with clients and vendors.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
