Responsible for outdoor office tasks including document delivery, cheque deposits, bank visits, and coordination with office and bank staff. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and identify irregularities promptly.
Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to facilitate smooth operations.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Includes Banking Works.
Delivering and collecting documents.
Visiting client offices, dealer locations, and sites.
Courier handling (send/receive parcels).
Coordinating with vendors and service providers.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
