Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Back Office Assistant with strong computer skills and basic knowledge of stock management. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining records, supporting inventory operations, and ensuring smooth workflow in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage data entry, documentation, and digital record-keeping.

  • Update stock registers, perform stock counts, and track inventory levels.

  • Prepare reports, invoices, and purchase summaries.

  • Handle emails, maintain files, and support office operations.

  • Coordinate with warehouse/ store teams for stock updates.

  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly office reports.

Requirements

  • Basic to advanced computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).

  • Ability to perform stock counting and inventory checks accurately.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
