We are looking for a reliable Back Office Assistant with strong computer skills and basic knowledge of stock management. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining records, supporting inventory operations, and ensuring smooth workflow in the office.
Manage data entry, documentation, and digital record-keeping.
Update stock registers, perform stock counts, and track inventory levels.
Prepare reports, invoices, and purchase summaries.
Handle emails, maintain files, and support office operations.
Coordinate with warehouse/ store teams for stock updates.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly office reports.
Basic to advanced computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
Ability to perform stock counting and inventory checks accurately.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
