Job Summary

An Office Assistant helps with daily office work, paperwork, and basic administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and handle visitors

  • Maintain files, records, and documents

  • Assist with data entry and basic computer work

  • Handle emails and office correspondence

  • Support staff with daily office tasks

  • Manage office supplies and stationery

  • Photocopying, scanning, and printing documents

  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
