Job Designation: Office Assistant
Responsibilities/Role Description:
As follows:
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
Manage day-to-day clerical tasks including filing, scanning etc.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers.

Candidates with:
Earlier experience as an Office Assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office and email handling.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
