Roles & Responsibilities
Accounts Responsibilities
• Maintain daily accounts, vouchers, and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups.
• Perform bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other accounting documentation.
• Generate basic financial and MIS reports.
Administration Responsibilities
• Manage office administration and day-to-day operations.
• Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Handle office purchases and inventory management.
• Support staff with administrative requirements.
• Visit banks, vendors, or other locations when required using own bike.
