Job Description

Job Title: Office Assistant – Logistics (Import/Export)

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance Bonus

Department: Logistics (Import/Export)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily import–export documentation work.

Coordinate with international offices (Dubai, Russia, Hongkong) for shipment updates.

Support logistics team in preparing invoices, packing lists, BL, COO, and other export documents.

Track shipments and update logistics records.

Coordinator with freight forwarders, CHA, and transport companies.

Skills Required:

Good communication skills (English/Hindi).

MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday (10am to 7pm)
Saturday (10am to 5pm)

Full-time job (Office-based)
