Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Manage phone calls, correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages), and maintain an organized filing system.
Office Maintenance: Monitor and order office supplies; ensure office equipment is functional and the workspace is tidy.
Data Entry: Update internal databases with financial or non-financial information accurately.
Visitor Management: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs as requested by the team.
Job Requirements
Education: B.Com. degree.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in an office or clerical role.
Skills: • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
