Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Assistant who can handle daily administrative tasks, coordinate with banks, and support basic accounting work.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks

  • Visit banks for deposits, withdrawals, cheque processing, and other banking work

  • Maintain records of bank transactions and documents

  • Assist in basic accounting entries and data management

  • Handle filing, documentation, and record keeping

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors

  • Manage office errands and support senior staff when required


Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting (Tally/Excel preferred)

  • Familiarity with banking procedures

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office – Word, Excel)

  • Honest, punctual, and trustworthy

  • Ability to travel locally for bank and office-related work
