Job Description: Executive Office Assistant

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred
Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
Work Days/Time: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Wednesday Off)

At our Bhubaneswar office, we are looking for a dedicated and trustworthy Executive Office Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain office hygiene across all work areas including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.

  • Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure timely cleaning and upkeep.

  • Serve water/tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and guests during meetings.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and documentation.

  • Run local errands (bank, courier, office supplies procurement, etc.).

  • Set up and prepare meeting rooms before sessions, interviews, and events.

  • Coordinate with admin for stock management and pantry supplies.

  • Ensure basic utilities and office equipment (AC, lights, printer, etc.) are functioning and report issues promptly.

  • Conduct timely office puja, maintain prayer space, and offer flowers daily.

  • Support CEO and Directors during office hours, meetings, and travel, including carrying bags and ensuring smooth hospitality arrangements.

  • Assist in both office and family-related events for the CEO, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Maintain visitor records (clients, vendors, and guests) for security and admin purposes.

  • Track housekeeping staff attendance and coordinate salary records with HR.

  • Ensure VIP hospitality, including welcoming senior management, clients, and guests, offering refreshments, and ensuring comfort throughout their visit.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10th/12th pass; basic literacy in English/Hindi/Odia preferred.

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers may also apply).

  • Polite, trustworthy, punctual, and physically fit with client-facing behavior.

  • Willingness to travel locally for errands.

  • Basic knowledge of handling office equipment (printer, scanner).

  • Must know how to prepare good tea/coffee and basic refreshments.
