Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Support the accounting department with invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and provide administrative support as required.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary documentation and orientation materials.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with various office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
