We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to senior management. Married women candidates are welcome to apply.
Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments of the executive
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Prepare reports, letters, and presentations
Maintain office files, records, and confidential documents
Coordinate with staff, clients, and vendors
Assist in travel planning and meeting arrangements
Perform general office and administrative tasks
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication skills in English and local language
Well-organized, disciplined, and trustworthy
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
Married women candidates preferred
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Assistant is an advantage
Stable work background and professional attitude
