Job Title: Office Assistant / Secretary (Female)

Role Overview
We are hiring a female Office Assistant / Secretary to support our CEO in administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will be married, experienced in office coordination, and skilled in Excel and phone-based follow-ups. The role requires a responsible and simple personality who can assist with both office and select personal tasks of the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Daily follow-ups with internal teams and vendors
Coordinating tasks and tracking timely completion
Managing CEO’s schedule and reminders
Making calls, noting updates, and maintaining follow-through
Preparing Excel sheets and Word documents
Basic office administration and assistance in daily tasks
Supporting in small personal tasks when needed
Mandatory Requirements
Married woman, preferably with children
Experience in coordination, admin, or secretarial role (minimum 3 years)
Excellent follow-up and calling skills
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Simple personality and dependable nature
Staying within 45 minutes of Noida Sector 5
Comfortable working in a Monday–Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM schedule
