CapitalBox is hiring Office Assistants for our branch in Althan, Surat. This is a contract-based role designed for freshers who want to build their career in office administration, customer communication, and client support.
Key Responsibilities:
Call existing clients to provide updates and collect feedback.
Contact new customers and explain company services in a professional manner.
Organize and maintain records (both digital & physical).
Assist in daily office administrative tasks and support different departments.
Prepare simple reports and summaries for management.
Ensure accuracy of information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
Freshers only; training will be provided.
Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Gujarati preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to multitask.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on performance)
