We are currently seeking a dependable and proactive Office Admin Assistant to support our daily operations and contribute to a well-organized office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails and documents.
Perform routine office tasks such as photocopying, scanning and filing.
Maintain office cleanliness and pantry.
Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment.
Run errands including purchasing office items when required.
Visit banks and client locations as needed.
Assist in organizing office events such as meetings, team lunches and celebrations.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of office equipment
Good communication and computer skills
Physically capable of handling tasks like lifting and moving supplies.
