Position: Office Assistant (Female )

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily administrative and back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Maintain office supplies inventory
• Manage customer orders & payments
• Coordinate sales activities with team members
• Prepare reports using computer software
• Provide administrative support to management
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
