Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage correspondence, letters, and agreements on letterhead
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- Make travel arrangements and itineraries
- Manage executive's calendar and prioritize tasks
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Conduct research and provide data analysis
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and courteous demeanor
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2-3 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
- Experience working in a corporate environment
