Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Key Requirements:
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) – Mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of experience in admin/operations/EA roles
• Excellent reporting, documentation, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage calendars, emails, and coordinate internal/external meetings
• Experience in handling correspondence, preparing reports, and taking meeting minutes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
