We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to handle daily administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of our office. You will be the backbone of our administrative department, assisting the HR and Operations teams with documentation, communication, and office maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Filing: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems. Ensure all company documents are easily accessible.
Front Office Management: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and redirect inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing couriers.
Procurement Support: Monitor office supplies (stationery, pantry, etc.) and place orders when inventory is low.
Meeting Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and taking basic minutes if required.
Requirements
Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills Local Language.
Soft Skills: Punctuality, a professional appearance, and a "can-do" attitude .
