osition: Office Assistant – Record Keeper

Location: Head Office
Experience: 2–5 years
Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize company records and files systematically.

  • Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and filing for easy retrieval.

  • Handle physical and digital records with confidentiality.

  • Verify and update records regularly to ensure accuracy.

  • Coordinate with departments to collect and manage documents.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Kannada (mandatory).

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
