Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to handle daily administrative and accounting-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing purchase orders, preparing invoices, and maintaining accurate records using Tally software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).

  • Create and verify Proforma Invoices and Commercial Invoices.

  • Maintain and update accounting records in Tally.

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding orders and invoices.

  • Ensure accuracy of documentation and proper filing (physical and digital).

  • Track payments, invoices, and outstanding balances.

  • Assist with general office administration and clerical tasks.

  • Support accounts and management as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Tally accounting software is an Asset.

  • Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.

  • Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience

  • 0–5 years of experience in an administrative or accounts-related role (preferred)

  • Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply
