Job Description

Job summary:

Support day-to-day administrative and oparational activities of Coral Print Pack Pvt.Ltd. This role involves handling data management,documentation, coordination with department, and ensuring smooth backend oprations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update compay records documents, and databases

  • Handle data entry, order processing, and documentation

  • Prepare invoice, quotations, purchase orders, and reports

  • Manage emails. internal communication, and Clint follow-ups

Skills & Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Good Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic understanding of office procedures

Qualification:
