Job Summary
Avenore Services Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Admin & Data Entry Executive to support daily administrative operations and ensure accurate data management. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records, databases, and documents.
Manage office administration activities and coordinate day-to-day operations.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and MIS data as required.
Handle filing, documentation, and record-keeping activities.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for administrative requirements.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates.
Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in Office Administration and Data Entry.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office Suite.
Strong typing speed and data accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Basic knowledge of office management procedures.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP/CRM software is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
