Data Management & Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports tracking KPIs, individual/team performance, and regional sales metrics. [1, 2]
Sales Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for the field or inside sales team. Assist with processing orders, tracking dispatches, and maintaining lead pipelines. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Sales Dashboarding: Build automated dashboards in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to give management real-time visibility into the business. [1, 2]
Target & Incentive Tracking: Monitor actual sales versus assigned quotas and calculate monthly/quarterly incentives for the team. [1, 2, 3]
Process Automation: Streamline manual data entry and optimize data workflows to reduce reporting time. [1, 2]
