Key Responsibilities:
Collect and compile data from various internal systems
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Maintain and update databases with accurate information
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
Analyze data to identify trends and discrepancies
Create dashboards and reports using Excel / BI tools
Automate repetitive reporting tasks where possible
Coordinate with different departments for data requirements
Provide data support for management reviews and meetings
Troubleshoot data-related issues and errors
Skills Required:
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros)
Basic knowledge of SQL (preferred)
Familiarity with Power BI / Tableau (advantage)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills
