Job Description

Collect and update daily data from different teams using Excel functions like VLOOKUP/VLOOK, HLOOKUP/HLOOK, INDEX–MATCH, SUM, SUBTRACT, MULTIPLY, AVERAGE, MIN/MAX, COUNT, and percentage formulas.
Prepare basic daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using SUMIF(S), COUNTIF(S), SUBTOTAL, and SUMPRODUCT for accurate reporting.
Check and clean data to ensure accuracy before sharing reports with the management team.
Maintain simple dashboards and data templates to support routine business operations.
Coordinate with teams to gather required information and resolve small data-related issues.
Support the MIS team by updating records, organizing files, and ensuring timely submission of reports.
