MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports across all e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.)

• Track order status, dispatches, returns, and inventory on a regular basis

• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams.

• Maintain accurate and updated data in Excel/Google Sheets for internal reporting

• Assist in reconciling sales data with Ecommerce platforms, Accounts and Operations Team

• Generate analytical insights for performance improvement

Key Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, Dashboards, etc.)

• Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and operations

• Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
