Job Summary

Vertexsets is hiring a skilled MIS Executive who has hands-on experience in Google AppScript automation, FMS/IMS data management, Looker Studio Dashboarding, and DB-format reporting.

Only candidates who have practical experience in these areas should apply.

Mandatory Technical Skills (Do NOT apply without these):

Google AppScript (automation scripting)

Google Sheets Advanced (Dynamic formulas, query, arrayformula, importrange)

Looker Studio (Dashboard creation & data source management)

FMS / IMS (facility or inventory management system reporting)

DB Format reporting & structured data management

Basic understanding of data workflow & reporting automation

Responsibilities:

Automate reports using AppScript

Create dashboards on Looker Studio

Manage FMS/IMS daily transactions & backend data

Prepare DB-format reports, trackers & KPI sheets

Ensure accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly MIS

Optimise existing workflows and reduce manual reporting
