MIS Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of advanced Excel functions and be proficient in data analysis, reporting, and billing. If you have a knack for handling large datasets and are skilled in using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and other Excel functions, we would love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

• Use advanced Excel functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, and error handling to analyze and organize data effectively.

• Generate regular reports on business performance, employee attendance, payroll, and other key metrics.

• Assist in the preparation of salary structures and maintain payroll-related data.

• Coordinate with various departments for collecting data and ensuring smooth reporting processes.

• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support decision-making.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data accuracy and reporting.

• Collaborate with senior management to provide insights based on data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role.

• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, and error handling).

• Experience in Billing and understanding of Salary Structures.

• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data handling and reporting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or any related field.

• Prior experience in MIS reporting or similar roles is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of ERP systems.

• Basic understanding of accounting and finance concepts.
