MIS Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Regularly interact with company’s 150+ distributors across India and communicate them about companies’ ongoing schemes, new products, etc

• Convince distributors over the call to place orders for company’s products

• Punch distributor orders in ERP system and co-ordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods to distributors.

• Publish daily sales reports of internal sales team

• Regularly interact with company’s sales executives and managers to ensure their daily targets of visits, sales targets are achieved

• Call and communicate the company's schemes / offers / new products to retailers/dealers across India.

• Perform data analysis using advance excel like Vlookup, Pivot, etc functions

Must have skills:

• Confident and convincing skills

• Strong communication – English, Hindi – written and spoken

• Advance Excel functions like Vlookup, Pivot table

• Presentable, Confident, Assertive and Extrovert

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
